YOGA BOOTY CHALLENGE
YOGA BOOTY CHALLENGE workout, or how to manage to have a high and firm B side This is a mini training program created by selecting videos designed specifically to give you an envious B-side! The BB workout is the most complete challenge for your glutes. Being a long program, however, it is not always easy to integrate into your training routine. If you also have a few days available and still want to train your B-side, here we propose a shorter workout, even if equally intense.
Mini workout: exercises for the buttocks
We offer you a collection of videos to be played for 5 consecutive days. This is a mini training program to slim, lift, and tone the B side.
DAY 1: You will get sexy athletic legs and a nice round butt. Follow trainer Vicky Justiz in her workout designed to slim or tone the lower body.
DAY 2: On the second day of our week you will be offered a training plan that aims to lift your butt in order to slim it but also to make it more round and sexy. The trainer Vicky Justiz will guide you in these exercises that will allow you to also train your thighs.
DAY 3: On the 3rd day of our training week follow the trainer, and Fitness Model, Vicky Justiz as she trains showing you all the exercises for firm buttocks.
DAY 4: Fourth day of training all focused on having a perfect B side. Your trainer will again be the splendid Vicky Justiz who will show you the best technique of execution of the various exercises.
DAY 5: Follow fitness model Vicky Justiz on this 5th day of our training week to lift and make your B-side sexy. This is the last day of the week, on the weekend you are advised to rest in order to give time the muscles to rebuild. It is also possible to repeat this workout an extra week if you want.
